Much has been happening since my last post. For now I will catch you up on the most exciting.

My new niece has arrived! Shana Gabrielle was born at 6:12 a.m. on Aug. 26, 2008. She weighed in at 6 lbs. 14 oz and is 18 inches long. I got to cut the cord for her, just as I did for her 3 sisters. Ironically, I have been so busy I wasn’t able to see her again or hold her until yesterday. She is so sweet. I will post photo’s later. I haven’t been home for weeks (Still not there) and Internet access has been sketchy at best.

I completed my second half marathon with my Aunt Patricia on Sun. Aug. 31. It was very humid so it was slow going but we still managed to get it done in 4 hours and 18 minutes. I’m convinced that Marathons were created by God to make sure that you stay in prayer. I don’t know how I would have survived without praying. I would still be laying on the boardwalk in Virginia Beach without God’s help to make it through.  We crossed the finish line together with a loud HALLELUJAH.
