Hello Everyone,

Thank you all for your prayers, emails and phone calls. I can honestly say my family is feeling the love and we need it right now.

My brother has been discharged from the hospital after suffering a heart attack due to drug use. He is still experiencing a racing heart and breathlessness when he sits up but otherwise he is stable. I’m very grateful that he did not have the infection that they thought he did. His aorta has also gone back to normal and the doctors really don’t have an answer for that. I do, Prayer. God has really worked a miracle in my brother’s life. We truly did not know if he would live a few days ago.

Just a little while ago, he told me that he prayed to ask the Lord to be head of his life and thanked God for allowing him to have a second chance. He is grateful to be alive and doesn’t want to waste his new opportunities. I was not with him at the time this all happened but I don’t have any reason to doubt what he has said. My prayer is that this will be a true conversion experience and not a frantic scared prayer. I am grateful that he is wanting help and wants the Lord to be his guide.

In the morning we will go back to the cardiologist who has been treating him. She will run more tests and do another echo to see what is different since the one he had on Friday. I am prayerful that there will be evidence of more of God’s healing powers. I love it when Doctor’s don’t have an explanation for healing.

Thank you all again for your prayers and support during this time.

To all of my supporters, I want to let you know that this changes some of my plans for my Cameroon trip. Until we get a handle on this situation I don’t feel it’s right for me to leave. I can’t justify going to minister to others when my family is in need of ministry right now. My personal funds that were saved for this trip are being used for my brother’s healthcare expenses that we are having to pay out of pocket. My siblings and I are dividing these between the 4 of us.

All funds and supplies that were donated for my trip will be kept in my fund for those purposes. All of the school supplies and other items will be saved until I can make it to Cameroon. At this point, I have no idea when that will be. I will keep you updated.

blessings to all of you and thanks for the birthday wishes. My greatest gift this year is my brother’s salvation.

please continue to keep us in your prayers.
