I am the oldest of 5 children. I have 6 nieces whom I adore (the running joke in my family is that we don't make boys!) and a 3 yr. old Chihuahua named Chloe. Contrary to popular belief I am quite shy and an introvert. However, once I get to know you I can talk your head off.
I am "Right Brain" all the way and pride myself on being as far from "NORMAL" as possible. My interests include, reading, cooking, gardening, basketball - watching not playing, live theater and live music. I am slightly obsessed with Third Day! I love to travel and spend time with my family and friends. Ironically, I also relish my time alone.
I am pretty low tech. I can work a computer but don't spend hours surfing the web. I basically send email, research whatever I'm looking for and I'm done. I would rather LIVE life than experience it online. To that end, I don't own an ipod and I have used my digital camera exactly 4 times but have never loaded the pictures on my computer. My brother loves to laugh at me about these things and I just let him.
My life has been dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of others and I hope to continue doing so. Last year completed a half marathon in honor of my sweet Katie Bug who was diagnosed with cancer at age 4. (She is now in remission) I am currently training for another half-marathon in Aug. and a triathlon in Oct. However, don't be fooled into thinking I'm in shape!

Little known fact about me - I love the old Kung Fu Movies. You know the ones that are dubbed in English but their lips are still silently moving in their native language... Funny I know but it's me.
That's the quick down and dirty. If you forget everything mentioned above, the most important thing to know about me is that I love the Lord with everything in me and want to live my life directed by Him. Psalms 62:8 is my life verse because... look it up and see if you can guess why!
